Currently, there are many types of football skill instruments, but instruments that are in accordance with the characteristics of Indonesian players and the Indonesian Football Development Curriculum (Filanesia) are not yet available. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of football skills instruments that are suitable for Filanesia in order to obtain information on the needs, urgency, benefits, and draft models of these instruments. This research approach uses mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. A total of 30 respondents were involved in this study, consisting of 25 football coaches and 5 expert lecturers in the field of football. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed through g-forms and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Questionnaire results were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics. Apart from this analysis, data triangulation was used to analyse the result of the interviews and discussions during FGD. The results of this study indicate that a football skill instrument is very useful for coaches and players, and the urgency of developing a Filanesia-based football skill instrument model is very high. Thus, a draft instrument model has been produced for two levels of age groups (10–12 years and 13–16 years). Of course, this is an opportunity for further research, namely to validate the two draft models and measure their reliability so that the two test models can be used by football school coaches.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Ketut Chandra Adinata Kusuma Chandra, I Wayan Artanayasa, Made Agus Dharmadi https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/MI/article/view/65464 The Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Machining Practical Learning (MPL) 2024-03-12T09:25:27+00:00 Muhamad Arief Alfiyanto muhamadarief.2020@student.uny.ac.id Thomas Sukardi thomas_sukardi@uny.ac.id Muhammad Indra muhammadindra.2020@student.uny.ac.id
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is essential in machining engineering lessons at vocational schools because students often carry out practices involving many complex and sharp objects. Based on the observations, it was found that students' collaboration abilities still needed to be higher, with a percentage of 60% not understanding collaboration. This is because students are less active in communicating and interacting, and the learning model applied by teachers needs to be more creative and innovative. This research examines the effect of the Group Investigation (GI) type cooperative learning model on the collaboration abilities and scientific literacy of fifth-grade elementary school students. The type of research carried out was experimental research, with a nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The population of this study was 133 students. The sample in this study involved 19 students in the experimental class and 18 students in the control class. Collaboration ability data was collected using questionnaire instruments and test instruments in the form of objective questions for scientific literacy. Next, the data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques (t-test and Manova). Based on the t-test analysis, it was found that simultaneously, the GI-type cooperative learning model influenced students' collaboration abilities and scientific literacy. Based on descriptive analysis, the average score of the experimental group was more significant than the average score of the control group. The GI type cooperative learning model influences collaboration skills and scientific literacy.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Kadek Sonia Prayoga, I Ketut Gading, Putu Nanci Riastini https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/MI/article/view/64267 Counselor Performance Test Instrument: Validity, Reliability, and Implications for Group Guidance Services 2024-03-12T09:25:48+00:00 Budi Purwoko budipurwoko@unesa.ac.id Ach. Sudrajad Nurismawan achsudrajadnurismawan@gmail.com
The development of counselor performance assessment instruments, especially for group guidance services, is still being developed independently by each higher education institution. It tends to be non-standard and not entirely in line with the need to create counselor competency in implementing school group guidance services. This research aims to create a performance test instrument for group guidance services for school counselors that is valid and reliable by adapting the development model from Borg & Gall at three stages of development. By involving 5 subjects as testers for the acceptability of performance instruments, namely 2 lecturers and 3 school counselors. Thirty-nine construct validity and reliability testing subjects consist of 2 lecturers, 12 school counselors, and 20 practical students. This development resulted in a set of counselor performance assessment instruments in group guidance services consisting of 13 statement instrument items on the planning aspect and 27 on the practice aspect, tested as valid and reliable based on SPSS 26 analysis. Furthermore, experts and users have also validated the assessment instrument by meeting acceptability criteria (applicable, feasible, and appropriate). Thus, it can be concluded that the counselor performance test instrument product in group guidance has met the development objectives and can be used for assessment in the planning and practice of group guidance services in schools or clinical counseling supervision activities.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Budi Purwoko, Ach.
