Analisis Spasio-Temporal Dampak Pembangunan Jalan Tol Depok-Antasari terhadap Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Permukiman di Kelurahan Rangkapanjaya Baru

Abstract
Kota Depok, merupakan salah satu kota yang mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, pembangunan beberapa ruas Tol baru mempengaruhi laju perubahan lahan terbangun terutama permukiman di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi secara spatio-temporal dampak pembangunan jalan tol terhadap perubahan jumlah rumah di Depok dengan studi area Kelurahan Rangkapan Jaya Baru yang digunakan sebagai indikator potensial untuk memprediksi pertumbuhan penduduk. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan interpretasi visual bangunan rumah pada data citra satelit temporal yang tersedia di perangkat lunak Google Earth Pro. Analisis yang digunakan secara spasial, dan deskriptif untuk menjelaskan perubahan jumlah rumah dan pertumbuhan penduduk. Jumlah bangunan rumah dan estimasi penduduk tahun 2013, 2018 dan 2023 berturut-turut sebanyak 9.522, 9.901, 10.243 bangunan dan 38.088, 39.604, 40.972 jiwa, sejalan dengan tren data populasi dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menunjukkann bahwa adanya pertumbuhan jumlah bangunan rumah dan jumlah penduduk seiring dengan pembangunan Jalan Tol Depok-Antasari.
