Pengaruh Pelatihan Back Lateral Pulldowns Dan Seated Rows Terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan Dan Otot Punggung

Latar belakang didasarkan pada permasalahan masih belum adanya pembinaan dan pelatihan fisik secara khusus terutama pada komponen kondisi fisik kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung. Secara khusus pada mahasiswa Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan lebih dominan menyukai olahraga yang membutuhkan kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung, seperti bolavoli, bola basket dan badminton. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan matching only design, dan analisis data menggunakan Anova. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes expanding dynamometer dan back dynamometer pada saat pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengaruh pelatihan back lateral pulldownsdan seated rows terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengaruh pelatihan back lateral pulldownsdan seated rows terhadap kekuatan otot punggungmahasiswa UKM bolavoli FOK Undiksha Singaraja.
