Perbandingan Teknik dalam Sport Massage Melalui Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien

Teknik sport massage terdiri dari berbagai gerakan. Teknik gerakan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan khusus masseur. Beberapa teknik sport massage secara keseluruhan diyakini dapat memberikan rasa relaksasi secara cepat dalam mengatasi kekakuan otot. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan teknik sport massage effleurage, compress, broadenin, dan petrissage melalui tingkat kepuasan pasien. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskripsi analisis survei dengan bantuan google formulir. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 103 orang menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner angket kepuasan yang berdasarkan tingkatan paling tidak berpengaruh bernilai paling rendah dan paling sangat berpengaruh dengan nilai tertingi melalui skor 1-5. Analisis data menggunakan survei kuesioner responden berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan yang disimpulkan melalui persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teknik effleurage 46,6%, compress 40,8%, broadenin 13,6%, petrissage 8,7%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasaan dalam teknik sport massage, Dimana teknik effleurage menjadi teknik yang memberikan kepuasan yang paling tinggi dibandingkan teknik lainnya. Penelitian lebih lanjut sangat dibutuhkan dalam menilai keseluruhan dari teknik sport massage yang memberikan rasa relaksasi dengan cepat.
