Hubungan Power Lengan dan Power Tungkai Dengan Ketepatan Gatting pada Atlet Woodball

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara power lengan dan power tungkai dengan akurasi gatting dalam woodball. Dengan 16 atlet Woodball dari Kabupaten Pekalongan sebagai populasi, teknik total sampling digunakan untuk pemilihan sampel. Instrumen pengukuran meliputi tes medicine ball untuk power lengan, standing broad jump untuk power tungkai, dan pukulan mallet gatting woodball. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda menghasilkan temuan Adanya korelasi yang signifikan terlihat antara kekuatan lengan dan akurasi dalam gerakan gatting, juga antara power tungkai dan ketepatan gatting. Selain itu, ditemukan juga korelasi yang signifikan antara kedua variabel power lengan dan tungkai dengan ketepatan gatting. Ada hubungan signifikan antara power lengan dan power tungkai dengan ketepatan gatting pada atlet woodball Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mempertimbangkan penambahan variabel lain yang berpotensi memengaruhi pukulan atau ketepatan gatting dalam woodball.
