PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL, SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI, KETERLIBATAN PEMAKAI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI PADA PT. PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) CABANG SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel locus of control,sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis teknologi, keterlibatan pemakai, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner yang diukur dengan sekala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh Pegadaian yang tergabung dalam CP Pegadaian cabang singaraja dengan responden sebanyak 51 karyawan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda yang di olah menggunakan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel locus of control (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,005, variabel sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis teknologi (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,010, variabel keterlibatan pemakai (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,015, variabe budaya organisasi (X4) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,016.

This study aimedat determining the effect of variables of locus of control, technology-based accounting information system, user involvement, organizational culture on organizational performance. The research method used was quantitative method with primary data obtained from the questionnaire and measured by Likert scale. This study was conducted on all pawnshops incorporated in CP PegadaianSingaraja branch with respondents as many as 51 employees. The data of this study were collected by using questionnaires which were then processed by using multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23 for windows. The results of this study indicated that the locus of controlvariable (X1) had a positive effect on organizational performance with significance level of 0.005, technology-based accounting information system variable (X2) had a positive effect on organizational performance with significance level of 0.010, user involvement variable (X3) had positive effect on organizational performance with a significance level of 0.015, organizational culture variable (X4) had a positive effect on organizational performance with a significance level of 0.016.
