PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, KEBERADAAN DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN DAN KEBERADAAN KOMITE AUDIT TERHADAP LUAS PENGUNGKAPAN INFORMASI FINANSIAL DAN NON FINANSIAL DALAM LAPORAN KEBERLANJUTAN PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Keberadaan Dewan Komisaris Independen, dan Keberadaan Komite Audit terhadap Luas Pengungkapan Informasi Finansial dan Nonfinansial dalam Laporan Keberlanjutan pada perusahaan yang mengikuti Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang mengikuti Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan Metode purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 16 perusahaan, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 96, yaitu 2012-2017. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara melihat pada laporan keuangan perusahaan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Data yang telah terkumpul diuji terlebih dahulu dengan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan keberadaan dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi finansial dan nonfinansial dalam laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan, sedangkan keberadaan komite audit berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi finansial dan nonfinansial dalam laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan.

The purpose of this study was to obtain an empirical evidence of the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners’ Existence, and Audit Committee's Existence on the amount of Financial and Nonfinancial Information Disclosures in the sustainability reports of the companies following the Indonesian Sustainability Reporting Award. The population used in this study were companies that joined the Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award. The research samples were determined through purposive sampling method, that is, as many as 16 companies, so the total samples were 96, i.e., 2012-2017. The type of data used in this research was secondary data. The research data collection was conducted by examining the companies' financial reports and companies’ sustainability reports. The collected data were first tested through the classical assumption test. The quantitative analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis technique with the assistance of SPSS program version 21.0. The results of this study indicated that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the independent board of commissioners’ existence had no effect on the disclosure of financial and nonfinancial information in the companies’ sustainability reports, whereas the existence of the audit committee affected the disclosure of financial and nonfinancial information in the companies' sustainability reports.
