Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel intensitas tax audit, penerapan e-faktur, tax knowledge,dan compliance cost terhadap persepsi etis pengusaha kena pajak tentang tax evasion pada KPPPratama Singaraja.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausal. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Untuk sumber data diperoleh dari data primer berupa data kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengusaha Kena Pajak yang wajib SPT Tahunan Badan yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Singaraja sebanyak 178 wajib pajak badan. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan insidental sampling. Adapun sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 wajib pajak badan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) intensitas tax audit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi etis pengusaha kena pajak tentang tax evasion, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi yang negatif -0,528 dengan nilai sig.uji t 0,003 lebih kecil dari α =0,05, (2) penerapan e-faktur berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi etis pengusaha kena pajak tentang tax evasion, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi yang negatif -0,422 dengan nilai sig.uji t 0,024 lebih kecil dari α =0,05, (3) tax knowledge berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi etis pengusaha kena pajak tentang tax evasion, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi yang negatif -0,529 dengan nilai sig.uji t 0,021 lebih kecil dari α =0,05, dan (4) compliance cost berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi etis pengusaha kena pajak tentang tax evasion, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi yang positif 0,607 dengan nilai sig.uji t 0,001 lebih kecil dari α =0,05.

This study aimed at determining the variable effect of tax audit intensity variables, e-invoice implementation, tax knowledge, and compliance cost on ethic perception of taxpayer entrepreneurs about tax evasion at KPP PratamaSingaraja. This study employed a causal research design.The type of data used in this study was quantitative data. For the data source obtained from the primary data were in the form of questionnaire data measured through Likert scale. The population in this research was taxpayer entrepreneurs that were bound to SPT Annual Agency registered in KPP Pratama Singaraja as many as 178 taxpayer body. The sample selection method employed incidental sampling. The samples used in this study were 64 corporate taxpayers.The data of this study were collected through questionnaires which were then processed through multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that (1) the tax audit intensity had a negative and significant effect on the taxpayer's ethic perception of the tax evasion, which was shown by negative regression coefficient of -0.528 with the sig. value. T test was 0.003 less than α = 0.05,(2), the application of e-invoice had a negative and significant effect on the taxpayer's ethic perception of tax evasion, as shown by negative regression coefficient -0.422 with sig. value. T test 0.024 was smaller than α = 0.05,(3) tax knowledge had a negative and significant effect on the taxpayer's ethic perception of tax evasion, which was shown by negative regression coefficient -0.529 with sig. value. T test 0.021 was smaller than α = 0.05, and(4) compliance cost positive and significant effect on the taxpayer entrepreneurs’ ethic perception of tax evasion, which was shown by the positive regression coefficient 0,607 with sig. value. The T test 0.001 was smaller than α = 0.05.
