PERSEPSI USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH TERHADAP KESIAPAN DALAM MENERAPKAN SAK EMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan kompetensi SDM terhadap kesiapan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menerapkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah (SAK EMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert dan data skunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan UMKM di Kecamatan Buleleng yang tercatat di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kecamatan Buleleng tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 2.293 unit usaha yang memiliki Surat Izin Usaha Perorangan (SIUP). Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 96 UMKM di Kecamatan Buleleng. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan beberapa uji statistik, yaitu: uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel persepsi kegunaan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan UMKM dalam menerapkan SAK EMKM, variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan UMKM dalam menerapkan SAK EMKM, dan kompetensi SDM (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan UMKM dalam menerapkan SAK EMKM.

The aims of this study are determine the effect of usability perception variable, perception of ease of use, and human resource competence on the readiness of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in applying the Financial Accounting Standards of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM). This research use quantitative method. The primary data obtained from the questionnaire data using likert scale and secondary data. The population in this study is the overall UMKM in Buleleng District that recorded in the Department of Cooperatives and UKM Buleleng District in 2014 with a total of 2229 business units that have Individual Business License (SIUP). Sampling method is completed by using slovin formula, so the number of samples obtained is 96 UMKM in District Buleleng. The data of this study were collected by using questionnaires then processed using several statistical tests, namely: descriptive statistical test, data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the usage perception variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the readiness of UMKM in applying SAK EMKM, the perception of ease of use variable (X2) has positive and significant effect on the readiness of UMKM in applying SAK EMKM, and human resource competence (X3) and significant to the readiness of UMKM in applying SAK EMKM.
