PENGARUH TEKANAN KLIEN, KONFLIK PERAN, DAN ROLE AMBIGUITY TERHADAP KOMITMEN INDEPENDENSI APARAT INSPEKTORAT PEMERINTAH DAERAH (Studi Empiris Pada Inspektorat Kota Denpasar dan Kabupaten Gianyar)

Abstract

Independensi aparat Inspektorat sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan fungsi pengawasan serta fungsi evaluasi terhadap sistem pengendalian manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan klien, konflik peran, dan ambiguitas peran terhadap komitmen independensi aparat Inspektorat. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 36 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 19.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tekanan klien berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen independensi aparat inspektorat, (2) konflik peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen independensi aparat inspektorat, (3) ambiguitas peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen independensi aparat inspektorat, (4) tekanan klien, konflik peran, dan ambiguitas peran secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen independensi aparat inspektorat.

Independence of the inspectorate officers are needed to perform the function of monitoring and evaluation function of the management control system. This research was aimed to find out the effect of client stress, role conflict, and role ambiguity against commitment to independence of the inspectorate officers. The number of samples was 36 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data using multiple regression analysis by appliying SPSS programe version 19.0. The findings of this research showed that (1) client stress gives negative and significant impact toward the commitment to independence of the inspectorate officers (2) role conflict gives negative and significant impact toward the commitment to independence of the inspectorate officers (3) role ambiguity gives negative and significant impact toward the commitment to independence of the inspectorate officers (4) client stress, role conflict, and role ambiguity simultaneously gives significant impact toward the commitment to independence of the inspectorate officers.
