PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DAN PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI AKUNTANSI TERHADAP KINERJA INDIVIDUAL PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH BALI KANTOR CABANG SINGARAJA

Abstract

The study aimed at finding out the contribution of accounting information system effectiveness and the use of accounting information technology on the individual performances at the Local Development Bank (PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali) Singaraja branch office both partially as well as simultaneously. The population involved in this study were all the working staffs of the PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Singaraja Branch Office having more than one year experience. There were 30 samples selected based on the purposive sampling technique, where not all respondents or individuals had been provided the same opportunitiy to become the sample. The data were obtained from the primary source in the form of quantitative one, and collected by using a survey method in terms of distributing sets of questionnaires to each individual respondents. The analysis was made by using multiple regression, where the hypothesis was tested supported by SPSS Program for Windows 19. The results indicated that partially there was a positive and significant contribution of accounting information system effectiveness and the use of accounting information technology on the individual performances and simultaneously both the accounting information system effectiveness and the use of accounting information technology had a significant contribution on the individual performances.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja individual baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Kantor Cabang Singaraja dengan masa kerja lebih dari satu tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi menjadi sampel. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data kuantitatif dan sumber datanya berupa data primer. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung ke masing-masing karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian data dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh Program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individual. Secara simultan baik efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individual.
