PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PEMAKAI SISTEM INFORMASI, KEMAMPUAN PEMAKAI SISTEM INFORMASI, UKURAN ORGANISASI, PROGRAM PELATIHAN DAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DENGAN KOMPLEKSITAS TUGAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PT PLN (PERSERO) DISTRIBUSI BALI)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi, kemampuan pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi, ukuran organisasi, dan program pelatihan dan pendidikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi yang di moderasi oleh kompleksitas tugas baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di PT PLN(Persero) Distribusi Bali. Populasi penelitian yaitu karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Bali dan sampel yang diambil yaitu keuangan, bagian SDM & Org, bagian distribusi, serta bagian perencanaan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 58 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa (1) partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, (2) kemampuan pemakai sistem informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, (3) ukuran organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi , (4) program pelatihan dan pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Dan hasil pengujian secara simultan variabel moderasi menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi pemakai, kemampuan pemakai sistem informasi dan ukuran organisasi dan program pelatihan dan pendidikan dimoderasi kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SIA.

This present study was aimed at identifying the partial and simultaneous impact of the participation of the accounting informational system users, the organizational size, the training and educational program on the performance of the accounting informational system moderated by the complexity of tasks. The study was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) of Bali Distribution. The population of the study included all the employees of PT PLN (Persero) of Bali Distribution, and the sample included those who were employed at the Finance Department, the Human Resources Department, the Distribution Department, and the Planning Department, totaling 58 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaire measured using the likert scale. The data were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) through SPSS. The result of the study showed that (1) the participation of the informational system users contributed to the performance of the accounting information system, (2) the ability of the informational system users affected the performance of the accounting information system, (3) the organizational size affected the performance of the accounting informational system, (4) the training and educational program affected the performance of the accounting informational system. The simultaneous resting result of the moderating variable showed that the participation of the users, the ability, the organizational size and the training and educational program moderated by the complexity of tasks contributed to the performance of the accounting informational system.
