Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Management, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, Sistem Reward, dan Pengendalian Personal Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Pada Hotel Nikko Bali

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Total Quality Management, sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem reward, pengendalian personal terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Hotel Grand Nikko Bali. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Hotel Grand Nikko Bali. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden adalah 38 orang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung ke responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan Total Quality Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (2) sistem pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (3) sistem reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (4) pengendalian personal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (5) penerapan Total Quality Management, sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem reward, pengendalian personal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

The study aimed at finding out the effect of the implementation of total quality management, performance measuring system, reward system and personal control on the managerial performance at the Grand Nikko Bali Hotel. The study was designed quantitatively involving the population of all hotel staffs at the Grand Nikko Bali, from which 38 samples were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from a primary source by using questionnaire. Te analysis was conducted by using multiple regression supported by SPSS. (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 19. The results of the study indicated that: (1) the implementation of total quality management had a significant effect on the managerial performance, (2 ) performance measuring system had a significant effect on the managerial performance, (3) reward system and personal control had a significant effect on the managerial performance, (4) personal control had a significant effect on the managerial performance, (5) the implementation of total quality management, performance measuring system, reward system and personal control had a significant effect on the managerial performance.
