ANALISIS PENGARUH NET PROFIT MARGIN, DEBT EQUITY RATIO, CURRENT RATIO DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO “(Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan LQ 45 yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2009-2013)”

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dividend Payout Ratio. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan tahunan (annual report). Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 8 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori LQ45 dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 19.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, (2) Debt Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, (3) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, (4) Zise berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio.

This study was aimed at analyzing the determinants of Dividend Payout Ratio. The data were in the form of annual reports. The sample was determined using Purposive Sampling technique. The type of data used was secondary data. The data collection was done by using documentary method. This study used 8 corporations under LQ 45 category in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as the sample. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression using SPSS version 19.00. The result showed that (1) Net Profit Margin has a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, (2) Debt Equity Ratio has a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, (3) Current Ratio has a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, (4) Size has positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.
