PENILAIAN KINERJA PADA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM SANJIWANI BERDASARKAN KONSEP BALANCED SCORECARD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sanjiwani berdasarkan konsep Balanced Scorecard serta memberikan kontribusi kepada manajemen tentang bagaimana penilaian kinerja koperasinya. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan mengukur perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sanjiwani dilihat dari perspektif keuangan kurang baik sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi, namun dilihat dari perspektif non keuangan baik. Saran yang diberikan kepada manajemen agar lebih meningkatkan lagi kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan untuk keberlangsungan koperasi (going concern).

The study aimed at evaluating performance of the sanjiwani saving and loan cooperative based on balanced scorecard concept as well as giving contribution to the management about how to evaluate its cooperative’s performances. This study involved both qualitative and quantitative data which were collected from primary and secondary sources by using interview, questionnaires and documentation methods. The analysis was made qualitative and quantitatively by measuring the financial perspective, customers’ perperpective, internal bussiness perpectives, growth and instructional perspective. The results of the study indicated that the performance of the Sanjiwani saving and loan cooperative was found defecient or not good from the point of financial perspective, so it was required to be improved, however, from the point of non financial perspective it was found satisfying or good category. The management was recommended to improve the financial as well as non financial performances to achieve on going concern cooperative, and its sustainability.
