PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI BUDAYA TRI HITA KARANA, EFISIENSI KERJA PENGGUNA APLIKASI SISTEM AKUNTANSI DAN KUALITAS TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA HOTEL BERBINTANG DI KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Budaya Tri Hita Karana, Efisiensi Kerja Pengguna Aplikasi Sistem Akuntansi dan Kualitas Tenaga Kerja secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Hotel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah hotel berbintang se- Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 19. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Implementasi Budaya Tri Hita karana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja hotel berbintang di Kabupaten Buleleng. (2) Efisiensi Kerja Pengguna Aplikasi Sistem Akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja hotel berbintang di Kabupaten Buleleng. (3) Kualitas Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja hotel berbintang di Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aimed at finding out the effect of implementing “tri hita karana” culture, users’ working efficiency of accounting system application and workforce quality partially on the star hotel performances. The population of the study consisted of the star hotels found in all area of Buleleng regency, from which only 40 respondents were selected as the samples by using purposive sampling technique . The data of the study were obtained from the primary source in the forms of quantitative ones whcich were collected by using sets of questionnaires and measured based on Likert scale. The analysis was conducted based on multiple linear regression test supported by SPSS version 19 program. The results of the study indicated that (1) the implementation of “Tri Hita Karana” culture had a positive and significant effect on the star hotels’ performances around Buleleng region , (2) the users’ working efficiency of accounting system application had a positive and significant effect on the star hotels’ performances around Buleleng region, and (3) the workforce quality had a positive and significant effect on the star hotel performances around Buleleng region.
