Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh parsial dan simultan: independensi, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, keahlian profesional, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi badan pengawas terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian intern koperasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan sejumlah 31 koperasi simpan-pinjam (KSP) di Kecamatan Buleleng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus badan pengawas koperasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: independensi, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, keahlian profesional, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi badan pengawas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian intern.

Abstract This present study is intended to identify the partial and simultaneous impact of independency, level of education, working experience, professional expertise, leadership style, and motivation of the supervisory board on the effectiveness of the system of the cooperative internal control. The study is a quantitative one. The population included 31 units of koperasi simpan-pinjam (KSP) (Credit Union) in Buleleng District. The samples were taken using the census made by the cooperative supervisory board. The study used the primary data, which were obtained through questionnaire directly distributed to the respondents. The data were analyzed using the multiple regression technique, supported with SPSS program 18. The result of the study shows that independency, level of education, working experience, professional expertise, leadership expertise, and the motivation of the supervisory board positively and significantly contributed to the system of internal control.
