Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Human Capital, Structural Capital, Customer Capital dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari IDX tahun 2012-2014. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan selama 3 tahun dari tahun 2012-2014. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan, dimana pengobservasi tidak ikut terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan yang diobservasi, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa catatan-catatan, laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan maupun informasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini dan dengan teknik analisis data regresi berganda, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Human capital secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (2) Structural capital secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (3) Customer capital secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (4) CSR secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (5) Human capital, structural capital, customer capital, dan CSR secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap profitablitas perusahaan.

This study was aimed at testing the effect of Human Capital, Structural Capital, Customer Capital and Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporation Profitability. This study used quantitative method. The data used came from secondary source from IDX 2012-2014. The population of the study was all of manufacturing corporations registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was 30 corporations using purposive sampling method during 3 years from 2012 to 2014. The data collection used non-participatory observation, in which the observer was not directly involved in the activities observed, the data were collected through secondary source of the corporation financial report documents and other information related to this study and were analyzed using multiple regression data analysis. The results showed that (1) human capital partially has no effect on the corporation profitability, (2) structural capital partially has no effect on the corporation profitability, (3) customer capital partially has an effect on the corporation profitability, (4) CSR partially has an effect on the corporation profitability, and (5) human capital, structural capital, customer capital, and CSR simultaneously have an effect on the corporation profitability.
