PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI,KETERLIBATAN PEMAKAI, KEINOVATIFAN PERSONAL, DUKUNGAN MANAJEMEN PUNCAK TERHADAP KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA LEMBAGA PERKREDITAN DESA DI KECAMATAN SUKASADA DAN KUBUTAMBAHAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi, keterlibatan pemakai, keinovatifan personal, dukungan manajemen puncak terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada LPD di Kecamatan Sukasada dan Kubutambatahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 14 LPD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan angket/kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian data dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh Program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, (2) keterlibatan pemakai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, (3) keinovatifan personal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, (4) dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, dan (5) penggunaan teknologi informasi, keterlibatan pemakai, keinovatifan personal, dukungan manajemen puncak secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.

This present study is intended to identify the impact of the technology of information, users’ involvement, personal innovativeness, top managerial support on the performance of the system of the accounting information at Lembaga Perkreditan Rakya (LPD) in Sukasada District and Kubutambahan District. The samples were taken using the sampling purposive technique, totaling 14 units of LPD. The study used the quantitative method, and the primary data. The data were collected through observation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis, supported with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 17. The result of the study shows that (1) the use of the technology of information positively and significantly affected the performance of the system of the accounting information, (2) the users’ involvement positively and significantly affected the performance of the system of the accounting information, (3) the personal innovativeness positively and significantly contributed to the performance of the system of the accounting information, (4) the top managerial support positively and significantly contributed to the system of the accounting information, and (5) the use of the technology of information, the users’ involvement, the personal innovativeness, the top managerial support simultaneously contributed to the performance of the accounting information.
