PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, PARTISIPASI PEMAKAI, UKURAN ORGANISASI, PERSONAL CAPABILITY TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI ( Studi Empiris Pada Hotel yang Terletak di Kawasan Buleleng Barat )

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi, partsispasi pemakai, ukuran organisasi, personal capability terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada hotel di kawasan Buleleng Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 hotel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linearberganda . Pengujian data menggunakan Program Statistical Product and Service Solution 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Penggunaan Teknologi Informasiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, 2) Partisipasi Pemakai Sistem Informasiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, 3) Ukuran Organisasitidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, 4)Personal Capabilitymemiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, 5) Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Partisipasi Pemakai Sistem Informasi, Ukuran Organisasi, Personal Capabilitysecara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.

This present study is intended to identify the impact of the use of the technology of information, user’s participation, the organization’s size, and the personal capability on the effectiveness of the system of accounting information at the hotels which are located in West Buleleng area. The study used the quantitative approach, and the primary data. The samples of the study were determined using the purposive sampling technique, totaling 11 hotels. The data were collected through observation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the data quality test and hypothesis test using the multiple linear regression analysis. The data were tested using the Statistical Product Program and Service Solution 19. The result of the study shows that 1) the use of the technology of information positively and significantly contributed to the Effectiveness of the System of Accounting Information, 2) the Participation of the User of the System of Information positively and significantly contributed to the Effectiveness of the System of Accounting Information, 3) the Company’s Size did not positively and significantly contribute to the Effectiveness of the System of Accounting Information, 4) the Personal Capability positively and significantly affected the Effectiveness of the System of Accounting Information, 5) the Use of the Technology of Information, the Participation of the User of the System of Information, the Organization’s Size, and the Personal Capability simultaneously positively and significantly contributed to the Effectiveness of the System of Accounting Information.
