Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemudahan Pengguna, Kepercayaan, dan Risiko terhadap Minat Menggunakan Layanan E-Banking dalam Bertransaksi Pada UMKM di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Badung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 87 pelaku UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke pada para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Badung. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 16. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemudahan Pengguna berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Menggunakan layanan E-Banking. (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Menggunakan layanan E-Banking. (3) Risiko berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Minat Menggunakan layanan E-Banking. (4) Kemudahan Pengguna, Kepercayaan dan Risiko secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Menggunakan Layanan E-Banking.

This present study is aimed at identifying the Impact of Simplification Made for Users, Trust, and Risk on the Interest in Using E-Banking services for Interaction at the units of UMKM in Badung Regency. This present study was designed to use the associative quantitative approach, and was conducted in Badung Regency. The population of the study included those who were involved at the units of UMKM registered in the Department of Cooperative, Industrial, and Trading Affairs of Badung Regency, 87 of which were used as the samples. The data were collected using the survey method in which questionnaires were distributed to those who were involved in the units of UMKM management. The data were analyzed using the technique of the multiple linier regression test, supported with the SPSS software version 16. The result of the study shows that (1) the Simplification Made for Users positively significantly affected the Interest in Using the E-Banking service; (2) the trust positively significantly affected the Interest in Using the E-Banking service; (3) the risk negatively significantly contributed to the Interest in Using the E-Banking service; (4) the Simplification Made for Users, the Trust and Risk collectively positively significantly affected the Interest in Using the E-Banking Service.
