PENGARUH STRES KERJA, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PENGALAMAN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN PEMAHAMAN AKUNTANSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pada stres kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, komitmen organisasional dan pemahaman terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian akuntansi pada industri mikro dan menengah di Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di industri mikro dan menengah yang berada di Kabupaten Buleleng. Populasi penelitian yaitu industri mikro dan menengah Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 400 industri. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 industri. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji signifikan simultan (uji statistik F), uji parsial (uji statistik t), dan koefisien determinasi yang dibantu dengan alat analisis SPSS versi 18.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemahaman akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan stres kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan pemahaman akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian akuntansi pada industri mikro dan menengah di Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study was aimed at finding out whether there is an effect of work stress, level of education, working experience, organizational commitment and understanding about accounting on worker’s performance of workers in accounting division in micro and medium industries in Buleleng regency. This study took place in micro and medium industries that exist in Buleleng regency. The population consisted of 400 micro and medium industries in Buleleng regency. The sample size was 40. The data were collected by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by testing the data quality, by using classic assumption testing, simultaneous significance testing (Statistic F test), partial testing (Statistic t test), and coefficient determination test using SPSS version 18.00 program. The results showed that (1) there is a significant effect of work stress on worker’s performance; (2) there is a significant effect of level of education on worker’s performance; (3) there is a significant effect of working experience on worker’s performance; (4) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on worker’s performance; (5) there is a significant effect of understanding about accounting on worker’s performance; and (6) there is a significant effect of work stress, level of education, working experience, organizational commitment, and understanding about accounting on the performance of workers in accounting division in the micro and medium industries in Buleleng regency.
