PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PENGALAMAN KERJA, DISIPLIN, KOMPLEKSITAS TUGAS ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE TERHADAP PENYELESAIAN PEMINDAHBUKUAN STUDI EMPIRIS PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK (KPP) PRATAMA DI PROVINSI BALI

Abstract

Pemindahbukuan adalah perhitungan dengan kelebihan pembayaran pajak atau bunga yang diterima yang dilakukan untuk pembayaran utang pajak. Pemindahbukuan ini dilakukan karena adanya kelebihan pembayaran pajak atau salah atau kurang jelas dalam pengisian SSP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, disiplin, kompleksitas tugas Account Representative terhadap penyelesaian pemindahbukuan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh Account Representative pada waskon I di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama di Provinsi Bali. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh Account Representative yang menjadi populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Tingkat Pendidikan Account Representative tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian pemindahbukuan, sedangkan variabel Pengalaman kerja, Disiplin, Kompleksitas tugas Account Representative berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian pemindahbukuan.

Overbooking is a calculation of the overpayment or carried interest received for the payment of the tax debt. Overbooking is done because of the overpayment or incorrect or unclear in charging SSP. This study aimed to examine the effect of educational level, work experience, discipline, the complexity of the task Account Representative to the completion of the entry in the Tax Office Primary in Bali Province. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is the entire Account Representative at waskon I Tax Office Pratama in Bali Province. The number of samples taken was Account Representative throughout the population. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The results showed that: Education Level Account Representative does not affect the completion of the overbooking, whereas variables work experience, Discipline, Complexity duties of Account Representative affect the settlement of overbooking.
