PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI BERBASIS KOMPUTER, PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI PERUSAHAAN PT. MERTHA BUANA MOTOR SINGARAJA BALI

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Komputer, Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Perusahaan PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali, yang berada di jalan Ahmad Yani no 188 A Singaraja Bali. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berhadapan langsung dengan komputer pada PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali. Data Yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk menunjukkan seberapa jauh pengaruh satu variabel independen secara individual dalam menerangkan variabel dependen, serta menggunakan uji F untuk melihat signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa, (1) Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Komputer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Perusahaan, (2) Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Perusahaan, (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Perusahaan, (4) Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Komputer, Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Perusahaan PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of computer-based Accounting Information Systems, Budgetary Participation and leadership style of the Company Organizational Performance PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali. The study design was quantitative research. The location selected research is PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali, who are on the road Ahmad Yani No. 188 A Singaraja Bali, The sample used in this study were all employees who deal directly with the computer at PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali. The data used are primary data obtained from respondents using a survey method through questionnaires. For the test data used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Data were analyzed using t-test to indicate how far the influence of the independent variables individually in explaining the dependent variable, and use the F test to see the significance of the influence of the independent variable simultaneously on the dependent variable. The results of data analysis showed that, (1) Accounting Information Systems computer-based positive and significant effect on the performance of the company organization, (2) Participation Budgeting positive and significant effect on the performance of the company organization, (3) Leadership Style positive and significant impact on organizational performance companies, (4) Accounting Information Systems-based computer, budgetary participation and leadership style together positive and significant impact on organizational performance company PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja Bali.
