Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Independensi terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (2) pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (3) pengaruh Profesionalisme terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (4) pengaruh Skeptisme terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (5) pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, dan (6) pengaruh Independensi, Pengalaman Kerja, Profesionalisme, Skeptisme dan Gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada LPD Se-Kecamatan Tejakula dengan jumlah populasi 74. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kritria Kepala LPD, Badan Pengawas LPD, serta Karyawan LPD bagian TU yang berumur 20 tahun keatas. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber datanya adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.00 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ((1) Independensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (2) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (4) Skeptisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, (5) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, dan (6) Independensi, Pengalaman Kerja, Profesionalisme, Skeptisme dan Gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal

This study aimed at finding out (1) the effect of independency on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (2) the effect of work experience on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (3) the effect of profesionalism on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (4) the effect of skepticism on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (5) the effect of leadership style on the effectivity of internal controlling system and (6) the effect of independency, work experience, profesionalism, scepticism, and leadership style simultaneously on the effectivity of internal controlling system. This study was conducted to the Village Credit Unions in Tejakula District. The number of the population was 74. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, considering the criteria of the Head of the Village Credit Unions, the Supervisory Board of the Village Credit Unions, and also the administrative employees of the Village Credit Unions who were over 20 years old. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data and the data source was primary data. Data was collected by using questionnaire. Data was analyzed using double linear regression analysis supported by SPSS version 21.00 program. The results of the data showed that (1) independency had positive and significant effect on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (2) work experience had positive and significant effect on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (3) profesionalism had positive effect on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (4) sceptism had positive and significant effect on the effectivity of internal controlling system, (5) leadership style had positive and significant effect on the effectivity of internal controlling system, and (6) independency, work experience, profesionalism, sceptism, and leadership style simultaneously had positive and significant effect on the effectivity of internal controlling system.
