PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN PERSONAL, PELATIHAN DAN PENDIDIKAN SERTA PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA MINI MARKET BALI MARDANA

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan personal, pelatihan dan pendidikan serta pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada mini market Bali Mardana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai mini market Bali Mardana yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probability sampling yang berupa purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian fungsi penjualan, kas atau kasir, gudang, pengiriman dan fungsi akuntansi pada 2 toko mini market Bali Mardana dengan jumlah seluruh karyawan yang menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi sebanyak 30 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 19. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan personal terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan pendidikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan personal, pelatihan dan pendidikan, serta pemanfataan teknologi terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi.

The study was conducted to find out the effect of personal capability, educationand training as well as the utilization of technology towards the effectiveness of accountancy information system at the “Bali mardana” mini market. The population of the study consisted of 35 “Bali Mardana” mini market staff members. The samples were selected based on non probability sampling in the form of purposive sampling, they consisted 30 personnels involving several functions such as marketing, cashier, storehouse, delivery and accounting from two different “Bali Mardana” mini markets. The data were analyzed based on multiple linear regression testing supported by using SPSS software version 19. The results of the study indicated that partially (1) there was a positive and significant effect of personal capability on the effectiveness of accountancy information system (2) there was a positive and significant effect of education and training towards the effectiveness of accountancy information system, and (3) there was a positive and significant effect of the utilization of technology towards the effectiveness of accountancy information system. And simultaneously there was a positive and significant effect of personal capability, educationand training as well as the utilization of technology towards the effectiveness of accountancy information system.
