Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui mengenai akibat hukum terhadap konsumen yang melakukan pembatalan perjanjian secara sepihak dalam hal menggunakan jasa driver online Grab di Kota Singaraja serta (2) mengetahui mengenai implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap pelaku usaha jasa driver online Grab dalam terjadinya pembatalan sepihak oleh konsumen di Kota Singaraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan bentuk purposive sampling yakni sampel yang akan dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan/penelitian subjektif dari peneliti dan snowball sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel yang mula-mula jumlahnya kecil, kemudian membesar. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa akibat hukum terhadap konsumen yang melakukan pembatalan perjanjian secara sepihak dari adalah berupa sanksi serta gugatan ganti kerugian dari driver online. Adapun implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap pelaku usaha jasa driver online Grab belum dapat terimplementasi dengan baik, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kurang optimalnya faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan fasilitas pendukung, faktor masyarakat serta faktor budaya.
