Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Urgensi Strategi Kebijakan Pemerintah melalui Program Percepatan Dampak Pandemi Covid 19. Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, data sekunder tentang topik masalah kemudian dikualifikasikan, dikelompokkan, kemudian dianalisis secara cermat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Dalam proses refocusing dan realokasi APBD dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah harus dilakukan dengan mensinergikan komponen Belanja Pegawai, Belanja Tak Terduga dengan Belanja Bansos, dan melakukan inovasi di masa pandemi, karena komponen pendidikan ditetapkan sebesar 20% dan kesehatan 10% dari APBD. 2. Pemerintah melakukan stimulus yaitu stimulus fiskal, nonfiskal dan sektor ekonomi. 3. Kebersamaan dalam percepatan penanganan situasi pandemi Covid 19 dengan melakukan beberapa langkah luar biasa dan mendesak yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat dan daerah dengan mengutamakan pengendalian laju penyebaran virus, kebijakan vaksinasi massal, harus meningkatkan padat karya program dan berupaya untuk meningkatkan ekosistem ekonomi daerah
