The published articles are the results of original scientific research and review of legal interactions. <strong>JKH</strong> is published by Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha Singaraja. <strong>JKH</strong> accepts any manuscripts or articles in the field of law or legal studies from both national and international academicians and researchers. <strong>JKH</strong> is published two times a year (in <strong>February</strong> and <strong>August</strong>). </p> <p><strong>JKH</strong> was first published in 2012 and has been published consistently two times a year in Febuary and Agust. <strong>JKH</strong> is accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia, which is ranked Third (Rank 4, Sinta 4) based on Decree No. 21/E/KPT/2018.</p> <p><strong>JKH </strong>publishes articles that emphasize research in the field of legal science.
