Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

GUIDELINES FOR WRITING JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL LIBRARY AND INFORMATION "REFERENCES OF LITERATURE"


A. FORMAT
1. The manuscript is the original work of the author that has not been published in other print media.
2. The script is typed neatly on one side of A4 (210x297mm) paper with a space of 1.5. Times new Roman font size 12 and typed in Microsoft Word program.
3. The length of manuscripts submitted between 10-15 pages (including bibliography) with the upper, lower, right and left margins is 1 inch. Manuscripts sent in soft copy.
4. Systematic discussion in the article consists of the following sections:
a. Title (maximum 12 words), author name without title and institution origin and correspondence address.
b. Abstract.
c. Torso.
1) Empirical Study: I. Introduction (background of the problem), II. Theory Study, III. Research Methods, IV. Results and Discussion, V. Conclusions and Suggestions.
2) Theoretical Review: I. Introduction, II. Literature Review, III. Discussion, IV. Conclusion.
5. Pages, tables and attachments are given the serial number at the bottom right. Tables and images are given titles. The table title above the table in the middle, while the title of the image and graphics are placed at the bottom.
