Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of (1) work ability on work motivation (2) work ability on employee performance (3) work motivation on employee performance (4) work ability on employee performance through work motivation. The subjects of this study were all employees at PT BPR Tridarma Putri. The object of this research is work ability, work motivation and employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees, amounting to 46 people. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study are using a questionnaire. Next, the data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study are (1) work ability on work motivation has positive and significant effect (2) work ability on employee performance has a positive and significant effect (3) work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect (4) work ability on employee performance through work motivation positive and significant effect.
