Abstract

The growth of hotels in Bali requires companies to have quality on human resources and have a high level of performance in running their operations. This study aims to determine the turnover intention of 5 (five) star hotels employees in Bali from the terms of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and compensation. The analysis technique was multiple linear regression. The sample used in this study was selected using purposive sampling method with 138 respondents. The results and conclusions are that organizational culture has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, and compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention.
