Abstract

This study aims to obtain tested findings about the effect of (1) job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention, (2) job stress on turnover intention, (3) job satisfaction on turnover intention and (4) job stress on job satisfaction of PT. Akar Wangi Kabupaten Gianyar employees. This research used a quantitative research design causal. The research subjects were all employees of the production division of PT. Akar Wangi Kabupaten Gianyar, and the objects of research are job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. The population in this study amounted to 90 employees. All of these populations are used as a unit of observation, so this research is a population study. The data collection methods in this research are (1) questionnaire, (2) observation, (3) document recording and (4) interview then analyzed using path analysis. The results show that (1) job stress and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, (3) job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention (4) job stress has a negative effect on satisfaction work at PT Akar Wangi Kabupaten Gianyar.
