Abstract

This observation aims to determine (1) the influence of workload and dedication to worker performance, (2) workload on overall employee performance through organizational commitment, (3) workload on worker performance and (4) dedication of organization to the performance of BUMDes employees.Subdistrict Tejakula.The layout of the research used in this study is causal quantitative.The subjects in this study were BUMDes personnel in Tejakula Sub-district and the items were workload, organizational commitment and overall worker performance.In this study, samples taken by 82 employees were taken using proportional stratified random sampling method.Information collected through questionnaires and report recording is then analyzed using directional evaluation.The consequences affirm that (1) the workload and commitment of the organization affect the overall performance of the worker, (2) the work impacts the overall performance of the worker through the commitment of the organization, (3) the workload adversely affects the performance of the worker, (4) the dedication of the organization has a positive impact on the overall performance of the employee.Keywords: workload, employee performance, organizational commitment
