Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber. This study uses a total of 48 respondents who are employees of CV Bali Coco Fiber. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously
