Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Risiko Bisnis Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Abstract

Using business risk as a moderator, this study examines the impact of investment choices, finance decisions and dividend policies on company value. This study employs a causal-quantitative research approach. Investment choices, financing decisions, and dividend policies are some of the topics being studied by this study's participants.Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was used to examine the data received by document recording.Research shows that (1) investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value of 63 percent, and business risk is able to moderate investment decisions for firm value by 1.77 percent (2) funding decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value of 34, 2 percent, and business risk is able to moderate funding decisions on firm value by 6.7 percent (3) dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value by 19.7 percent
