Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan PT Bekaert Indonesia Karawang

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of employees at PT Bekaert Indonesia Karawang. Research method in this journal used quantitative method and 60 respondents. Using convenience sampling technique on the employee population of PT Bekaert Indonesia Karawang. The researcher used a questionnaire to obtain data from the motivation variable and employee performance variable at PT Bekaert Indonesia Karawang. The analysis of this study uses descriptive analysis techniques and verification analysis consisting of simple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The findings in this study indicate that the standard deviation of employee motivation obtained is 41.4333 (good). The standard deviation of employee performance obtained is 54.9667 (good). The results of the regression equation Y=11.033+1.060X with a correlation value of 0.798 (strong) and motivational variables contributed 63.7%. The results of the hypothesis test carried out showed a value of 0.000 less than 0.05.
