The revitalization that occurred in the traditional market of Banyuasri market, has brought a number of changes towards modernization. The improvement of modern facilities and infrastructure should also be followed by an increase in business management. Good business management will certainly create effective and efficient business performance. This can be realized through literacy and finance, because through these two things traders understand the basic concepts of f inance, financial planning and management along with preventive measures against financial risks. This study aims to determine the influence of f inancial literacy and inclusion on the business performance of female traders in the Banyuasri market, both directly and indirectly. A total of 92 traders were respondents in the study. The data that has beenobtained will be processed through path analysis. The results of this study are that the business performance of traders is influenced by financial literacy and inclusion directly and indirectly. Where f inancial inclusion is able to mediate between f inancial literacy and business performance.
