Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) service quality and facilities and customer satisfaction. (2) service quality and customer satisfaction (3) customer satisfaction facilities. Customers who use the services of the Kantor Notaris dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Dewi Handayani Sudana, S.H, M.Kn. The variables include service quality, facilities, and customer satisfaction. The present study employed a purposive sampling technique to ascertain the sample. The employed methodology is characterized by a quantitative approach with a causal research design. In this study, a questionnaire was utilized to collect data, and multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the data.
