Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Peternak Pada Kelompok Tani Ternak Sari Murthi Desa Tegallinggah

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) work motivation and competence on work productivity, (2) work motivation on work productivity, and (3) competence on work productivity. The population in this study were all members of the Sari Murthi Livestock Farmer Group in Tegallinggah Village, which consisted of 33 people. The research design used in this study is a causal quantitative design. The subjects in this study were the Sari Murthi Livestock Farming Group in Tegallinggah Village, while the objects used in this study were the work motivation, competence, and work productivity of breeders in the Sari Murthi Livestock Farming Group in Tegallinggah Village. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. In this study the data collection method used was a questionnaire, data collection methods, interviews. This study uses data analysis methods and techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, because the requirement for multiple regression analysis is to be free from classical assumptions and the regression model is said to be good if the model is free from classical assumptions. In this study the tests carried out were the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The design of hypothesis testing in this study uses partial testing (T test) and simultaneous testing (F test). The results of the research that has been done show that (1) work motivation and competence simultaneously influence work productivity in the Sari Murthi Livestock Farmer Group in Tegallinggah Village, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in the Sari Murthi Livestock Farmer Group in Tegallinggah Village , and (3) competence has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in the Sari Murthi Livestock Farmer Group in Tegallinggah Village
