Virtual face-to-face learning using a laptop/smartphone will make students/students constantly stare at the laptop/smartphone screen so that it can cause eye fatigue. This study aims to develop audio learning media based on Spotify podcasts in the subject of class XII OTKP staffing management automation. Using the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection techniques used interviews, validation sheets, questionnaires, and assessment of student learning outcomes in the form of tests. The subjects involved in the research were material and media validators, teachers and 40 students of experiment class and control class. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the development of Spotify podcast-based audio learning media met the valid, practical, and effective criteria to improve student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that Spotify Podcasts can be used as audio learning media and have the effect of improving learning outcomes due to optimization, motivation and active participation of all learning components. This media also facilitates students to actively study subject matter both in class and outside of class. This will increase the types of media that can be used in learning, changing the learning pattern in schools which has been more one-way to multi-way by facilitating students to interact with each other.
