IMPLEMENTASI KOOPERATIF GI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PASSING BOLA BASKET

Abstract


Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas VII.A SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu peneliti sebagai guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII.A SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa (17 orang putra dan 19 orang putri). Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada Siklus I aktivitas belajar passing (chest pass dan bounce pass) Bola Basket secara klasikal sebesar 6,9 dan Siklus II secara klasikal sebesar 8,3. Dari Siklus I ke Siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,4. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar passing Bola Basket pada Siklus I secara klasikal sebesar 63,90% dan Siklus II secara klasikal sebesar 83,30%. Dari Siklus I ke Siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 19,40%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas VII.A SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes dapat mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar passing bola basket.

 

Abstract: This research is aimed for improving the activity and achievement of basket ball passing basic technique through the implementation of cooperative teaching and learning strategy type GI to the students in class VII A Junior High School of 2 Tabanan in academic year 2012/2013. This reasearch is categorized as class behavior research of which the researcher is as a teacher. This research is held for 2 cycles. The subjects of the research are students of class VII A Junior High School of 2 Tabanan which are 36 students (including 17 boys and 19 girls). The data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic. The result of data analysis on the first cycle of passing (chest pass and bounce pass) learning activity, the basket ball is classically about 6.9 and the second cycle is classically about 8.3. From the first to second cycles, it gets increased which is about 1.4. The percentage of learning result exhaustiveness of basket ball passing on the first cycle is classically about 63.90% and the second cycle is classically about 83.30%. From the first to second cycle, it gets increased which is about 19.40%. According to the result of data anlysis and study, it could be concluded that the activity and the achievement of basket ball passing basic technique is increasing through the implementation of cooperative teaching and learning strategy type GI on class VII A of Junior High School of 2 Tabanan in academic year 2012/2013. As a result, it is advised to the penjasorkes teachers could implement the of cooperative teaching and learning strategy type GI on the learning of basket ball passing basic technique.
