PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TGT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA BASET

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket (chest pass dan bounce pass). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian the randomized pretests-postest control group the same subject design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Banjar Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 91 orang yang terdistribusi ke dalam tiga kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 sampai dengan kelas XI IPA 3. Pengundian kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes objektif, observasi dan unjuk kerja. Analisis data menggunakan Uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,37 dengan standar deviasi 6,95. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata 74,53 dengan standar deviasi 7,28. Angka signifikansi yang diperoleh melalui Uji t adalah <0.05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket (chest pass dan bounce pass) siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Banjar Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan saran memperhatikan kendala-kendala yang di hadapi dan dapat dijadikan alternatif model pembelajaran hasilbelajar teknik dasar passing bola basket (chest pass dan bounce pas).

This study aims to investigate the effect of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) on the learning achievement of basic techniques of passing basketball (chest pass and bounce pass). This study was a real experimental study using the randomized pretests-posttest control group design of the same subject design. The population of the study was the students of eleventh grade at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in academic year 2016/2017 which was distributed into three classes, namely XI IPA 1 to XI IPA 3. The experimental group and control group were determined by simple random sampling. The data was collected through objective test, observation and performance. The data was analyzed using T-test with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The mean score of experimental group was 81.37 and the standard deviation was 6.95. Moreover, the mean score of control group was 74.53 and standard deviation was 7.28. The significance value obtained by t test are <0.05. It can be concluded that cooperative learning model TGT type has a positive effect on the learning achievement of basic technique of passing basketball (chest pass and bounce pass) on eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in academic year 2016/2017, with the suggestion to pay attention to constraints faced and can be used as an alternative learning model for basic technique on passing basketball (chest pass and bounce pass).
