PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PASSING BOLA BASKET

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sesungguhan (true experimental) dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian the randomized pretests-postest control group the same subject design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP 4 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 80 orang yang terdistribusi ke dalam dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII B2 dan VIII B3,. Pengundian kelompok dilakukan dengan teknik sample random sampling, terpilih kelas VIII B2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VIII B3 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes obyektif, observasi dan unjuk kerja. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Independent Samples Test dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan uji Independent Samples Test angka signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,000<0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket. Rata-rata nilai yang didapat pada kelompok eksperimen 83,82 sedangkan kelompok kontrol 77,67. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada guru pjok dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT karena sudah terbukti berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

This research aims to know the influence of cooperative learning model Number Head Together type toward the result of passing basic technique in basket ball. The kind of this research is true experimental research using the randomized pretests-posttests control group the subject research design. The samples of this research were the 8 grade students of SMP 4 Singaraja in academic year 2016/2017 including 80 students which were distributed into two classes which are 8 B2 class and 8 B3 class. The grouping was done using sample random sampling technique, and chosen 8 B2 class as the experimental group and 8 B3 class as the control group. The result data of the learning were collected through objective test, observation, and practicing. The data analysis were using Independent Samples test assisted by SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on the Independent Sample test the significance number were 0.000<0.05. So, it can be concluded that, cooperative learning model NHT type gave significance influence to the learning result of basic technique of passing in basket ball. The average score got from experiment group were 82,3, while control group 76,9. Therefore, the suggestion to the teacher to implement cooperative learning model NHT type because it was proved that it can give influence to the increase of the result of the students’ learning.
