IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF NHT MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR LOMPAT JAUH

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP  Negeri 2 Selat tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas  VIII C SMP  Negeri 2 Selat berjumlah 38 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data aktivitas belajar lompat jauh secara klasikal pada siklus I adalah 8,09 dan pada siklus II sebesar 9,16. Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,07. Sedangkan hasil belajar lompat jauh pada siklus I adalah 71,05%  dan pada siklus II sebesar 84,21%. Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13,16%. Jadi rata-rata skor aktivitas belajar pada siklus I dan II sebesar 8,6 (aktif) sedangkan rata-rata skor hasil belajar pada siklus I dan II sebesar 77,63% (baik). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP  Negeri 2 Selat tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai alternatif  untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh.

Abstract: This study aimed at improving the activityand the result of the study of long distance jump on the students of class VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Selat in the academic year of 2012/2013. The research design of this study was a classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles. Every cycle contained two meetings. The subjects of the study were the students of class VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Selat which consisted of 38 students. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistic. The result of the analysis of the data of the activity of learning long distance jump classicaly in cycle I was 8,09 and in cycle II was 9,16. There was an improvement 1,07 from cycle I to cycle II. Moreover, the result of the study of long distance jump in cycle I was 71,05% and in cycle II was 84,21%. It indicates that there was an improvement 13,16% frome cycle I to cycle II. So the avarage score for the learning activity  in cycle I and cycle II was 8,6 (active) and the avarage score for the result of the study in cycle I and cycle II was 77,63% (good). Based on the result of the data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that the activity and the result of learning long distance jum was improved through the implementation of cooperative learning model type NHT on the students of class VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Selat in the academic year of 2012/2013. It is suggested to the penjasorkes teacher to implement the model of cooperatif learning type NHT in the process of learning as an alternative to improve the activity and the result of learning long distance jump.
