PENERAPAN KOOPERATIF GI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PASSING BOLA VOLI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar passing bola voli melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa Kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Manggis tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi atau evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Manggis, berjumlah 32 orang dengan rincian 14 siswa putra dan 18 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I aktivitas belajar passing bola voli secara klasikal sebesar 7,57 (aktif), dan pada siklus II sebesar 8,65 (sangat aktif). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,08. Persentase hasil belajar passing bola voli secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 75,5% (cukup baik), dan pada siklus II sebesar 80,5% (baik). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar passing bola voli meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa Kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Manggis tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar passing bola voli pada siswa.
Abstract: The research purpose is to improve the activity and the result of basic study service technique of badminton to the students of VIII F of SMP Negeri 1 Manggis in academic year 2012/2013. This research is categorized into classroom action research which is conducted on two cycles. Each cycle consist of action plan, executive action, observation and reflection. The subject of the research is 30 students of VIII F of SMP Negeri 1 Manggis which is consist of 13 boy students and 17 girl students. The data analyzed by descriptive statistic. The result of data analysis on cycle I on service study technique in classical about 6.85 (active enough) and on cycle II about 8.61 (active). From cycle I to cycle II, the raising achieve 1.75 while the result of service study technique on cycle I is 70% (good enough) and the study result on cycle II is 83.33% (good). From cycle I to cycle II the raising achieve 13.33%. Based on the data result and the discussion can be concluded that the activity and the result of service study can be improve by the implementation of study model of cooperative type STAD to the student VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Manggis in academic year 2012/2013.
