IMPLEMENTASI MODEL KOOPERATIF GI MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, yaitu guru sebagai peneliti yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII. 10 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja, sejumlah 34 orang, terdiri dari 18 orang siswa perempuan dan 16 orang siswa laki-laki. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data aktivitas belajar berguling senam lantai pada siklus I secara klasikal adalah 7,6 (aktif), dan meningkat menjadi 8,63 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar senam lantai pada siklus I secara klasikal adalah 73,5% (cukup baik), dan meningkat menjadi 91,18% (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas VII. 10 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru Penjasorkes agar mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran ini karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai.
Abstract: This study is aimed at improving students’ activity and their learning outcomes roll gymnastics floor. The technique was implementation through GI cooperative learning method. This research is a class action research in which the teacher’s role as the researcher within two cycles, including action plan, performance, observation, evaluation and self-reflection. The subject was 34 students of VII. 10 class in SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja consisting 18 girls and 16 boys. The data was analyzed using statistic descriptive method. The activity result using classical technique in the first cycles was 7.6 (active) as it increased into 8.63 (active) in the second cycles. Meanwhile, the first cycles showed 73,5% (pretty good) as the result of learning. It increased into 91,18% (excellent) in the second cycles. It can be concluded that the students’ ability in learning outcomes roll gymnastics floor was improved through the implementation of GI cooperative learning method. It was suggested to the teacher to implementation the method as it resulted in improving students’ activity and learning result.
