PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA BASKET

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket (chest pass dan bounce pass). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian the randomized pretests-postest control group the same subject design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banjar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 364 orang yang terdistribusi ke dua belas kelas. sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 orang terdistribusi dalam dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah 33 orang dan kelas VIII D sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengundian kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows, dimana data terdiri atas 1). Uji Prasyarat, menggunakan Uji Normalitas data menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan Uji Homogenitas menggunakan Levene’s Test, serta 2). Uji Hipotesis, menggunakan Uji Independent Samples T-test pada taraf segnifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan Uji Prasyarat diperoleh hasil bahwa data penelitian berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Analisis dengan Uji-t diperoleh nilai segnifikansi = 0,000 maka p<0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berpengaruh segnifikan terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT karena terbukti berpengaruh segnifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket pada siswa.

This study aimed to know the effect of cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) toward the students’ achievements in the basic technique of passing in basketball game (chest pass and bounce pass). This study was experiment study which used the randomized pretests-posttest control group the same subject design. The subject of the study was the 364 VIII-graded students of SMP Negeri 1 Banjar in academic year 2017/2018 which were distributed into twelve classes. The number of the sample of the study was 70 students from VIII A which was the experiment group with the number of the students 33 students and VIII D which was control group with the number of the students 37 students. This study used simple random sampling method in order to get the experiment and the control groups. The data analysis was conducted by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows which were divided into 1) Prerequisite test by using Normality Test of data or using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and also Homogeneity Test which used Levene’s Test and 2)Hypothesis Test by using Independent Samples T-test with the significance level 0.05. Based on the prerequisite test, it shows that this study is distributed normally and homogeny. The analysis from T-test shows the significance = 0.000 which means p<0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model type NHT gives a significant effect towards the students’ achievements in the basic technique of passing in basketball game.
