IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA BASKET

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing Bola Basket (operan dada dan operan di atas kepala) melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) . Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja yang berjumlah 21 orang siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa pada siklus I aktivitas belajar sebesar 6.48 (kategori cukup aktif) dan hasil belajar sebesar 57.14% (kategori kurang baik) sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas belajar sebesar 8.50 (kategori aktif) dan hasil belajar sebesar 100% (kategori sangat baik) Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing sepakbola meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes agar mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI karena tipe ini dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola basket.

This research have purposes for increasing the activities and the result of techninue passing for basketball activity (chest pass dan overhead pass) through use model of teaching cooperative types of group investigation (GI). This research belongs to classroom action research that had been done in 2 cycles. The subject of this research is the students class VIII A in SMP Catholic Saint Paul Singaraja with 21 students. This analyze data use descriptive statistic, Accroding to data anlyze that had been done the researcher found the result of this study is that in cycle 1 students activity in learning achieve until 6.48 (quite active categories) and the result of students study achieve until 57.14% (not good). In cycle 2 students activity in learning achieve until 8.50 (active categories) and the result of students study achieve 100% (very good categories). Accrording to the result of data anlyze and discussion can be concluded that activity and the result of the study in football passing technique is increasing through cooperative types of group investigation (GI) to students class VIIIA at SMP Catholic Saint Paul Singaraja in academic years 2017/2018. For the great contribution to the teacher especially for who are teach sport this is good technique in order to implemented this cooperative types of group investigation (GI) that can increasing activity and the result of learning in basketball passing technique.
