MODEL KOOPERATIF STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling (Roll) senam lantai melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VIII 8 SMP Negeri 3 Banjar yang berjumlah 32 orang terdiri dari 22 orang siswa putra dan 10 orang siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I aktivitas belajar berguling (roll) secara klasikal sebesar 8,16 (aktif), dan pada siklus II sebesar 9,28 (sangat aktif). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,12 Persentase hasil belajar berguling (roll) secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 71,87% (cukup baik), dan pada siklus II sebesar 84,37% (baik). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling (Roll) senam lantai meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VIII 8 SMP Negeri 3 Banjar tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling (Roll) senam lantai.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: Model kooperatif STAD, aktivitas, hasil belajar senam lantai
Abstract: This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes roll (Roll) floor exercises of cooperative learning model STAD type. This study classified as class action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of an action plan, action, observation / evaluation and reflection. The subject of research is the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Banjar 8 totaling 32 people consisting of 22 students and 10 students son's daughter. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis of the data in the first cycle of learning activities roll (roll) in the classical style of 8.16 (active), and on the second cycle of 9.28 (very active). From cycle I to cycle II was increased by 1.12 percentage learning outcomes roll (roll) in the classical style in the first cycle of 71.87% (pretty good), and on the second cycle of 84.37% (excellent). From cycle I to cycle II, an increase of 12.5%. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the activity and learning outcomes roll (Roll) floor exercises improved through the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD in class VIII 8 SMP Negeri 3 Banjar school year 2012/2013. Penjasorkes suggested to teachers to implement cooperative learning model type STAD in the learning process as an alternative to improve the activity and learning outcomes roll (Roll) gymnastics floor.
